Lightly grease a<br><br \/>\n\t21cm square baking pan and line with baking paper.<br><br \/>\n\tPlace the dark chocolate and butter together in a medium saucepan over a very low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.<br><br \/>\n\tPlace the eggs and sugar together in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture, beating until combined. Add the hazelnut meal, \u00bc cup cocoa, baking powder and salt, folding gently until combined.<br><br \/>\n\tPour mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in tin.<br><br \/>\n\tCut into 12 pieces.
