The evidence is overwhelming that they are,\u201d Cornesy said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow he may not want to admit that, because he might feel as though it\u2019s his fault.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUltimately he has to bear the responsibility. Last year they were going to play in a Grand Final and maybe win it, and that didn\u2019t work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey lost to teams that they should\u2019ve absolutely smashed. That was a mental problem. They didn\u2019t come prepared to play.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s too many games where they didn\u2019t come to play. That\u2019s the mental problem.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d get the best psych I could. Somebody who\u2019s really been able to get into players\u2019 heads.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Cornesy said Port Adelaide also has \u201cpersonnel problems\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe rave about Jackson Trengove and the way he\u2019s rucking, but he\u2019s not a ruckman, and they\u2019ve suffered because of that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf he\u2019s going to be used in the midfield, let\u2019s use him as a big-bodied midfielder. But I think he\u2019s probably got to go back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey leak like a sieve everywhere.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTheir defence is undermanned, their forward line is undermanned, they don\u2019t have the ruckman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got class in the midfield, but they\u2019re not producing often enough, well enough. Too many good players that are down in the midfield.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCharlie Dixon, you\u2019ve got to love his effort but he\u2019s not getting the ball, he\u2019s not kicking goals.
