Fellow victim of SA\u2019s chemotherapy misdose scandal Andrew Knox says Bronte Higham, who died on Sunday, was never given a chance to beat his illness.<\/h3>\n

\u201cIn the first instance he received only 25 per cent of the previously approved dose, so he didn\u2019t get a chance,\u201d Mr Knox told FIVEAA breakfast\u2019s David and Will on Monday.<\/p>\n

He dismissed condolences offered to the Higham family by Health Minister Jack Snelling.  <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat the family and the victims need is respect not condolence,\u201d Mr Knox said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019ve done nothing. The only way to respect this man\u2019s life is to put it in the hands of a judge. This is a culture that the premier and the minister knows is endemic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Knox called on the Premier to call a judicial enquiry.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe can act. He\u2019s the Premier of the state. What is it he doesn\u2019t want to come out?\u201d<\/p>\n
