David Penberthy on FIVEAA Breakfast has taken aim the ungrateful Australians who thumb their noses at the country\u2019s national soccer team and support the countries of their forebears.<\/h3>\n

Penbo was riled up after Greece\u2019s 2-1 win over Australia on Tuesday night in Melbourne was marred by crowd violence.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they\u2019re Greek Australians who have gone to watch our national team, the Socceroos, and have decided they\u2019re going to barrack for the old homeland, that really pips me,\u201d Penbo said.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo the country that was kind enough to give you an avenue out of poverty and the Nazi occupation of Greece after WWII\u2026 this country that has given you everything you need for life and you get your blue and white flags out and you say, \u2018stuff the Socceroos.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s just rubbish.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not a question of racism at all,\u201d Penbo said, \u201cit\u2019s a question of total lack of gratitude to the country that\u2019s taken you in as refugees or as business migrants, and you say stuff the national side. It\u2019s annoying.\u201d<\/p>\n
