Before he released his new book, \u2018Aussie Grit\u2019, Mark Webber met with his former rival and teammate \u2013 Sebastian Vettel.<\/h3>\n

\u201cI caught up with him in Monaco. We just chewed the fat really,\u201d Webber told Rowey and Bicks on FIVEAA.<\/p>\n

Webber initiated the meeting, which was meant to go for only 15 minutes, to address parts of his book that covered their uneasy relationship as Red Bull teammates.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn hour and a half later we were still there. The book was 20 minutes and we just caught up on a lot of stuff really.\u201d <\/p>\n

In the book, Webber writes about his frustration at what he saw as Vettel\u2019s preferred treatment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t that happy with it, that\u2019s for sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

The publisher touts Webber\u2019s book as \u201crevealing the truth at last behind his rivalry with Red Bull Racing teammate Sebastian Vettel, and allowing us access-all-areas into a very private life played out on the public stage\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou get to know each other pretty well. We did learn a lot about each other,\u201d Webber said.<\/p>\n
