\u201cThey\u2019ve got my phone number, why didn\u2019t they ring me?\u201d Jane said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey rang before when I first joined up. Why not ring me and say this is what\u2019s gone on, rather than doing that?<\/p>\n
\u201cTo just swipe my card for more than double what I paid, I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll use it again. I don\u2019t want to use it again, that\u2019s how I feel.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel really ripped off. I feel angry,” Jane said.<\/p>\n
