We don\u2019t particularly want to move over the Christmas period if we can avoid it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt would be unlikely that we\u2019d be in there, the way it\u2019s looking, by the end of the year, but never say never,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<h3>LISTEN TO JACK SNELLING HERE:<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"no\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/265927682&amp;color=ff5500&amp;auto_play=false&amp;hide_related=false&amp;show_comments=true&amp;show_user=true&amp;show_reposts=false\" width=\"100%\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>After missing three technical completion dates \u2013 19 January, 4 April and 26 May \u2013 Mr Snelling said the hospital\u2019s builders had still not given him a revised date that he had confidence in.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce the builders come to us and say this is when we think it\u2019ll be ready and my independent advisors says yes, that\u2019s a reasonable delivery date, until that stage I\u2019m not going to be speculating.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know it\u2019s a bit frustrating, and it\u2019s a bit frustrating for me.
