Gray said Young was playing a different role in 2016.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen he did play over the last few years, he was probably sub a fair few times.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis year he\u2019s come in and played predominantly in the forward line, as opposed to other years where he would\u2019ve played through the midfield,\u201d Gray said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s been super up there, not only kicking goals but some of the work he does defensively as well has been fantastic. It\u2019s great to see him string some consistent footy together.\u201d<\/p>\n
The secret to Young\u2019s success was a \u201csuper preseason\u201d, according to Gray<\/p>\n
\u201cHe had a really strong preseason. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s probably had a fair few interrupted preseasons over his time since he\u2019s been at the club,\u201d Gray said.<\/p>\n
