Mr Weatherill made the comments while launching a scathing attack on opposition leader Steven Marshall\u2019s 2036 plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI think it will give people some comfort that they made the right decision at the last election,\u201d Mr Weatherill said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s got nothing in it. This is the problem with it \u2013 it\u2019s just empty. It\u2019s one of the fundamental problems with the Liberal Party: they don\u2019t actually have a capacity to design high-quality public policy.<\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019re a party of retired farmers and failed businessmen, and a few apparatchiks hanging around Christopher Pyne.<\/p>\n \u201cThey really don\u2019t have capacity to offer much.
