If you\u2019ve loved a baked lemon delicious, well this is a perfect chocolate version.<\/p>\n<p>75g unsalted butter, melted<br><br \/>\n\t\u00bd cup light milk<br><br \/>\n\t\u00be cup raw caster sugar<br><br \/>\n\t1 egg<br><br \/>\n\t1\u00bd cups gluten-free self-raising flour<br><br \/>\n\t3 Tbsp cocoa powder<br><br \/>\n\tfinely grated zest and juice of 2 oranges<br><br \/>\n\t\u00bd cup chocolate coated orange sweets*<br><br \/>\n\t\u00be cup brown sugar<br><br \/>\n\t1\u00bd cups boiling water<br><br \/>\n\tvanilla ice cream, to serve<br><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\t<strong>1 Preheat<\/strong> oven to 180\u00b0C. Combine the melted butter, milk, raw sugar and egg in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Sift in the flour and 2 Tbsp cocoa, then beat until smooth. Stir in the orange zest.<br><br \/>\n\t<strong>2 Spoon<\/strong> into a lightly greased 1.5L oven-proof dish, then stir in the chocolate-coated orange sweets. Mix the brown sugar and remaining cocoa and scatter over the surface. Pour the orange juice and boiling water over then bake for 40 minutes, until a skewer can be inserted and removed cleanly.
