AFL list manager Terry Wallace has outlined the only way he believes Essendon can remain competitive in 2016 after 34 past and present players were slapped with a 12-month ban for doping violations \u2013 including the senior players he thinks they should recruit.<\/h3>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re very light on talent,\u201d Wallace told the FIVEAA sports show, \u201cso they\u2019ve got to try to get some sort of top-up senior talent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m talking about a bloke like say a Mark Jamar for ruck\u2026 it\u2019s not going to be perfect, but you know he can compete at the level.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wallace also suggested the Bombers target recently departed AFL players James Kelly and Ryan Crowley.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re the sort of senior players that I think you\u2019ve got to add to the list.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wallace also said the Bombers would have no option but to play all the young kids currently on their list.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re quality kids that have just now got to play.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou might have only seen maybe three of those boys, but certainly all seven of them have got to play weekly.\u201d<\/p>\n
