These bite-sized appetizers are everything a stuffed mushroom should be: savoury, tangy, meaty, and a tad crunchy.<\/h3>\n

Yields : 24 Servings<\/p>\n

Serving Size: 1 stuffed mushroom<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

24 medium to large mushrooms-cleaned and stems removed<\/p>\n

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened<\/p>\n

4 ounces of good blue cheese<\/p>\n

\u00bd bunch flat leaf parsley finely chopped<\/p>\n

2 teaspoons horseradish<\/p>\n

2 teaspoons milk<\/p>\n

1 garlic clove, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/p>\n

8 ounces of good bacon, cooked and minced<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup bread crumbs<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 350\u02da. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay out your mushrooms stem side up. In a medium mixing bowl stir together the cream cheese, blue cheese, horseradish and milk. Add the garlic and bacon, mixing well.<\/p>\n

Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the mushrooms, then sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the mushrooms. Bake mushrooms in a 350\u02da oven for 18-20 minutes or until tops are browned, and let them rest 5 minutes before eating.<\/p>\n
