John Worsfold talks about Scott Camporeale\u2019s chances as senior coach.<\/h3>\n

\u201cI think he\u2019s got the skill set if he decided he wanted to be a senior coach,\u201d John Worsfold told Rowey and Bicks on FIVEAA.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut it\u2019s a lot more than just the skill set.<\/p>\n

\u201cYour life has to sit around it, your family has to be on board with the intensity of the role and you\u2019ve really got to be passionate about taking on the job,\u201d Worsfold said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s the stuff that Scotty has to weigh up over the remainder of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n

While playing finals in 2015 is a distinct possibility, Worsfold said the Crows weren\u2019t getting ahead of themselves.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just can\u2019t focus any further than Essendon really.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe tend to keep the players busy unlike you (Bicks) and Rowey who\u2019ve got too much time on your hands. We try and keep the players focused,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
