\u201cSome people tell me they will definitely go for the Phillip Walsh model of an experienced, older bloke, above the age of 45, who will replace Phillip Walsh after his tragic death,\u201d Caro told Rowey and Bicks on FIVEAA.<\/p>\n
But Caro said Crows CEO Andrew Fagan had told her the club was also considering returning to the \u201cold model\u201d used when a younger Brenton Sanderson coached under the more experienced Dean Bailey who was coaching director.<\/p>\n
\u201cClearly the club is now \u2013 not torn \u2013 but they are still debating,\u201d Caro said.<\/p>\n
Caro said despite interim coaching director John Worsfold previously ruling out a permanent move away from WA, he remained an option.<\/p>\n
\u201cThings can change, and the Adelaide footy club is a pretty compelling place, with a pretty impressive list, and you just don\u2019t know what might happen over the next month or two,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
She also addressed comments from Patrick Dangerfield during the week that he was yet to make a decision about his future.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen he says it\u2019s the last thing on his mind, I just can\u2019t quite believe that it\u2019s the last thing on his mind,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was 65\/35, I think, that he would leave before Phillip died. I don\u2019t know whether that\u2019s changed now, but clearly Geelong is still in the frame.\u201d<\/p>\n
