\u201cIt\u2019s certainly not on the radar for 2016. I don\u2019t know if I\u2019ll ever go back and coach again, but I\u2019m not ruling it out completely.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Adelaide Crows this week named Worsfold as their coaching director in the wake of Phil Walsh\u2019s tragic death.<\/p>\n
Worsfold coached West Coast to a premiership in 2006 and said he loved coaching while he was doing it, but the idea of returning was \u201cdaunting\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019re committing so much of your life to the role.\u201d<\/p>\n
Worsfold said his main role at the Crows would be to support Scott Camporeale who will take the reins as interim coach.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ll try to be involved in as much of the day-to-day running of the footy department as possible,\u201d Worsfold said, including \u201cin the coach\u2019s box on match day\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m not really here to assess or measure the style of play\u2026 but more so to make sure the players a clear on that style.<\/p>\n
\u201cCampo\u2019s going to keep pushing hard along the lines of the current game plan.\u201d<\/p>\n
