\u201cFrom week to week I feel like training doesn\u2019t change and my weeks don\u2019t change much, but performances do a fair bit.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a frustrating thing and probably no one\u2019s more annoyed at the outcome than myself. It\u2019s an ongoing challenge to try and lessen that gap.\u201d<\/p>\n
Josh said his coaches remained positive.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m old enough and smart enough to understand how I\u2019m going myself, so I probably try and pot steps in place to rectify that.<\/p>\n
\u201cI understand that my role in the forward line and in the ruck is important to the team, so if I\u2019m not performing to a higher level then it hurts the team.\u201d<\/p>\n
