When everyone says they\u2019ve agreed on money and terms, \u201cnormally that means it is about the money and they haven\u2019t quite agreed on the terms,\u201d Caro told Rowey and Bicks on FIVEAA.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a lot of money. This is a million dollars a year over three years when Gary is well over 30 already. That surely is a generous offer.\u201d<\/p>\n
Caro said Gary had continued to \u201cmove the goal posts\u201d and had \u201cdickered\u201d over various aspects of the contract.<\/p>\n
\u201cA few small things have come up in recent weeks that he\u2019s asked the club to go back and look at.\u201d<\/p>\n
She also said he had been hard to contact at times and there was a growing feeling that \u201che\u2019s got to learn to play with injuries\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI do think it\u2019s been very frustrating for Rodney Eade and everyone else at that footy club what has been going on over the last few weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n
To a large degree Ablett has avoided using painkillers and anti-inflammatories on his injured shoulder, according to Caro.<\/p>\n
Caro said Gerard Healy told her \u201cthat\u2019s fine for a tennis player but not perhaps a footballer who\u2019s part of a team.\u201d<\/p>\n
