\u201cWhen you put him alongside other 2-3 year coaches like Nathan Buckley etc., yes, clearly he\u2019s way ahead of them.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s the one I would go to,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
But Caro said he was yet to cement a legacy.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019d be the most sort after but not one of the best, if that makes sense.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think the jury\u2019s got to be out for a couple more years before we put him directly below premiership coaches,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Caro said Hinkley\u2019s contract extension was symbolic of how far the Power had come from when it originally signed him.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think there\u2019s some fairly generous incentives now where premierships and grand finals are concerned, which is not something that would\u2019ve been in the first contract.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is all about sustained success, not about premierships. They don\u2019t want to win a flag and then fall off the mountain.\u201d<\/p>\n
Caro said the Power\u2019s stability was assured with all of its leadership contracted until the end of 2018.<\/p>\n
