{"id":38051,"date":"2020-04-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/uncategorized\/some-restrictions-some-sa-businesses-have-just-been-relaxed\/"},"modified":"2020-04-15T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-15T00:00:00","slug":"some-restrictions-some-sa-businesses-have-just-been-relaxed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/news\/some-restrictions-some-sa-businesses-have-just-been-relaxed\/","title":{"rendered":"Some Restrictions On Some SA Businesses Have Just Been Relaxed"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>SA Police have issued an updated direction for non-essential business and other activities in South Australia.<\/h3>\n&nbsp;\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">According to a SAPOL statement:<\/span>\n&nbsp;\n<blockquote><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The new Direction now aligns wineries, cellar doors, breweries and distilleries with restrictions currently in place for hotels, restaurants and similar businesses.&nbsp; This means wineries, cellar doors, breweries and distilleries can sell alcohol, food or other products on a take away basis from the premises.<\/span><\/strong>\n&nbsp;\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Tastings of any kind are not permitted and consumption of any produce, alcohol or food is not permitted on site.<\/span>\n&nbsp;\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Social distancing restrictions for people attending wineries, cellar doors, breweries and distilleries remain unchanged and must be complied with.<\/span>\n<\/blockquote>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">According to SAPOL \u201cthese Directions have been put into place after extensive consultation with the Chief Public Health Officer and are made with the aim to prevent the spread of COVID-19 ensuring that the South Australian Health System has the capacity to care for those affected\u201d.<\/span>\n&nbsp;\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">FULL STATEMENT:<\/span>\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Updated Direction for Non-Essential Business and Other Activities &#8211; Updated COVID-19 Direction.
