\u201cWe will be doing checkpoints on the major entry roads to South Australia, but we\u2019re also working with the Federal Police and Border Force to ensure the same practices are put in place at the airport. We\u2018ll also have staff at the railway station to advise travellers to South Australia who use rail. We\u2019re essentially covering the significant volume of people coming into South Australia.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
The commissioner said people told to self-quarantine would \u201cabsolutely\u201d be subject to spot checks.<\/p>\n
\u201cPeople will be requested to self-quarantine or advised that they must self-quarantine and we\u2019ll give them some written instructions about what that means. We\u2019ll also be obtaining their details including the address they\u2019re proposing to self-quarantine\u2026<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re already doing that with people who have returned from overseas\u2026 we have been doing spot checks on those people.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
