A percentage of select beer sales at a local Adelaide pub will make its way over to Kangaroo Island to help with the bushfire recovery.<\/h3>\n

During January Sparkke at the Whitmore on Morphett St will donate 25 per cent of sales of its American Red Ale called \u2018Climate Change is a Burning Issue\u2019 to the Kangaroo Island Mayoral Relief and Recovery Bushfire Fund.<\/p>\n

According to Sparkke Co-Founder, Kari Allen:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe devastation that these fires are having on our country is absolutely catastrophic. Loss of life, homes and wildlife, as well as general population well-being, is being impacted in all areas of Australia. We want our Red Ale\u2019s message to keep the conversation going about climate change and

\n\t\tthe very real effects that we\u2019re experiencing\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is our first Red Ale, it\u2019s an underrated style that nobody is really talking about or making. Stores are inundated with Red IPA\u2019s which are super heavy and we wanted a delicious ale that\u2019s still flavourful with lower alcohol.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
