\u201cI noticed there were a whole lot of posters stuck to my office with an anti-vaccination message on them. People didn\u2019t come into my office to talk about it, they didn\u2019t write me a letter, they just thought they would stick a whole bunch of posters over my office, which is typical of the tactics unfortunately we sometimes see from these anti-vaccination groups.<\/p>
\u201cI thought, I\u2019m going to call this out and say it\u2019s not intimidating me by sticking these all over my office.<\/p>
\u201cMy job as a member of parliament is to listen to the scientists, the experts\u2026 the whole world\u2019s in crisis because we are lacking one vaccine for one virus. Imagine if we didn\u2019t have vaccines for a whole range of other things – polio, smallpox, measles, you name it – what sort of a state we\u2019d be in.<\/p>
