{"id":42008,"date":"2020-06-04T12:43:49","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T03:13:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/?p=42008"},"modified":"2020-06-04T12:43:52","modified_gmt":"2020-06-04T03:13:52","slug":"speeding-fines-and-other-charges-are-going-up-in-south-australia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/news\/speeding-fines-and-other-charges-are-going-up-in-south-australia\/","title":{"rendered":"Speeding Fines And Other Charges Are Going Up In South Australia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A range of charges including conveyancing fees, speeding and other expiation notices, court notices and fees associated with births, deaths and marriages will reportedly increase by 1.9 per cent in SA for 2020-21.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to 7 News:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Speeding fines will also rise, with those caught over the limit by less than 10kph to be fined an extra $3 (totalling $180).<\/p><p>Those caught between 10kph and 20kph over the limit will be slapped with an extra $8 (totalling $406) and those caught without a seatbelt will pay an extra $7 (totalling $388).<\/p><p>Motorists caught using a mobile phone while driving will pay an extra $10 (to $544).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The state government has announced a range of charges will increase including conveyancing fees and speeding fines.
