It\u2019s been pretty much a Liberal no-go zone from Grand Junction Road north.<\/p><p>\u201cOne thing I heard this week is the seat of Dan van Holst Pellekaan, his regional seat of Stuart might be in the frame for abolition. If it were abolished that would mean Minister Pellekaan would be left in the invidious position of probably having to run against Labor\u2019s Eddie Hughes, who\u2019s based in Whyalla, or Geoff Brock in Port Pirie\u2026 the nightmare scenario for the Libs is that because there has been significant population growth in the northern suburbs the Electoral Commission might create a new seat in the northern part of town, which historically favours Labor massively.<\/p><p>\u201cIf Dan van Holst Pellekaan ends up being put into a potentially unwinnable position and if Labor, through boundaries being redrawn, ostensibly picks up a new seat in the city\u2019s north, it\u2019s very much game on at the next election\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cMy tip is the new map could come out tomorrow or Monday.
