It will be a free, ticketed event held at twilight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-facebook wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/10NewsAdl\/posts\/3438435779554477\" data-width=\"552\" style=\"background-color: #fff; display: inline-block;\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EARLIER&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An announcement will be made today confirming Adelaide\u2019s beloved Christmas Pageant will go ahead \u201cin some shape or form\u201d this year &#8211; most likely at Adelaide Oval, reports FIVEAA Breakfast\u2019s David Penberthy.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penbo said during Friday\u2019s Breaking @ 8 segment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe speculation has surrounded the idea of holding it at the Adelaide Oval as some kind of free but ticketed event for a set number of people so that social distancing can be observed&#8230;<\/p><p>\u201cWe\u2019ve heard from some of our political sources that there is going to be an announcement made at some stage today confirming that the pageant will be going ahead. What it actually looks like though is still up in the air\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cOur understanding is that there\u2019s going to be an announcement made at the oval, which would suggest it is the oval &#8211; that model is the one the government is going to stump for.<\/p><p>\u201cWatch this space.
