They\u2019re saying Mark McGowan\u2019s government is going to open all of its borders on December 15 including to Victoria. From the SA perspective\u2026 it\u2019s predicting we will open our border to Victoria on December 1. It\u2019s got QLD opening its border to Victoria on December 15, two weeks later\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cThere are all sorts of asterisks all over this graph.
