I was within earshot and was able to hear the conversation\u2026 although I could hear them talking it was a situation where they could\u2019ve reasonably believed they were not being listened to\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cMy understanding based on overhearing their conversation is the parklands circuit is to be revived as a major selling point in the next election and the deal is done apart from one minor detail\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the post plans are being considered to either run part of an adjusted track through parklands or build an underground tunnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The author of the post says the redesigned track has been \u201cprovisionally approved by Formula E\/FIA\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penbo said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThis thing\u2019s been flying around everywhere\u2026 but the level of detail in it makes you wonder.
