Tim said the risk of injuries wasn\u2019t what bothered him while watching his son play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI think when you play you accept that\u2019s part of the game\u2026 that was never a major concern of mine. My concern was is he going to be able to play up to a level and consistently get a game. He had a long stretch at the beginning of his career where he was in and out and wasn\u2019t going to make it, was going to make it\u2026 that was difficult to stand by and watch it\u2026<\/p>
\u201cMy regret is that I didn\u2019t enjoy it \u2013 I was so nervous and anxious for him all the time and I could never get over that. I look back now and I wish I could\u2019ve been able to just enjoy his games and accept it for what it was.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
