I want to acknowledge and certainly apologise to people who have not received a return call or comment from the club.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr Olsen said 4,500 tickets had been reallocated via a computer program and the club was now working to address \u201cindividual problems\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWe were then trying to manually reach out to everybody, address their issues, try and accommodate everyone as best we could at a time post-Covid where our staff numbers have reduced by some 85 people.<\/p><p>\u201cIt\u2019s been the perfect storm for us, but we\u2019re attempting to work through it.
