We are totally dragging the chain here as a state.<\/p><p>\u201cWe are the last state in Australia to bring in two very important pieces of legislation that involve protecting children against abuse\u2026 these are basically things that emanated form the royal commission into the institutionalised abuse of children\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cIn this term of parliament we are running out of time to pass them.
