pepper<\/li><li>in a pan seal the legs both side<\/li><li>place the legs in a deep baking dish<\/li><li>add 1 smashed garlic clove &amp; thyme<\/li><li>cover with duck fat or olive oil<\/li><li>bake in a 155 degree oven 45-60 minutes<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>CROQUETTES<br>DUCK CONFIT MEAT<br>FLOUR<br>BUTTER<br>MILK<br>CHOPPED PARSLEY<br>TRUFFLE SALSA (OPTIONAL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRUMBING STATION<br>1 FLOUR 1<br>2 EGG WASH ( EGGS &amp;
