It\u2019s more about what he does with the ball once he\u2019s got it.<\/p><p>\u201cThere is potential he could make adjustments and still be a very, very good player &#8211; but it\u2019s where the club wants to go. Do they want to say we could still get two or three years out of Matt? Or do they say, Matt, we\u2019ve got some other players who are ahead of you in that age bracket &#8211; which is Laird and Keays &#8211; we want to invest in some of our younger players?<\/p><p>\u201cThat\u2019s a coaching and list management decision. I\u2019m sure that\u2019s going to be discussed a fair bit between now and the end of the year.
