{"id":76140,"date":"2022-07-28T07:11:20","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T21:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/?p=76140"},"modified":"2022-07-28T07:11:23","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T21:41:23","slug":"drink-drive-p-plater-allegedly-blows-nearly-7-times-over-the-limit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/news\/drink-drive-p-plater-allegedly-blows-nearly-7-times-over-the-limit\/","title":{"rendered":"Drink Drive P-Plater Allegedly Blows Nearly 7-Times Over The Limit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A man has been reported for drink driving after being stopped at Wynn Vale last night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/omny.fm\/shows\/david-and-will\/kochie-stands-by-power-list-after-finals-blow\/embed\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write\" width=\"100%\" height=\"180\" frameborder=\"0\" title=\"Kochie Stands By Power List After Finals Blow\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to SAPOL:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>About 8.30pm Wednesday 27 July,\u00a0\u00a0police attempted to stop a Holden sedan on Park Lake Drive however the vehicle took off at speed.<\/p><p>Patrols did not pursue the vehicle but attended at the registered owners address a short time later and located the vehicle and alleged driver.<\/p><p>The driver, who was the holder of a provisional class driver\u2019s licence allegedly, was breath tested and allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.342 \u2013 nearly seven times the legal limit.<\/p><p>A 39-year-old man from Wynn Vale was reported for failing to stop, drink driving and breaching a condition of his provisional licence. The man was issued an instant loss of licence notice for twelve months, his vehicle was impounded.
