The driver a 26-year old woman from North Haven and a 29-year old man from Seaford who was a passenger in the Toyota Prius were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. An 18-year old woman from Broadview, a driver of a Kia Cerato involved was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p><p>Witnesses to the crash informed police that the driver of a Holden Cruze involved in the crash, ran from her vehicle and was last seen on Eastern Parade. Police searched the area and located and arrested the woman nearby.<\/p><p>A 38-year old woman from Port Adelaide has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, three counts of causing serious harm by dangerous driving, aggravated due care, leave the scene of an accident, fail to exchange details after an accident and resist police.
