He was drafted number six and that brings enormous expectations\u2026 people can say it hasn\u2019t turned out well, the Crows list management is poor, but he was certainly rated that high by other list managers at the time.<\/p><p>\u201cThe thing they did wrong is they introduced him to the grind and the pressure of AFL football straight away. He played too early. He\u2019s a big guy, he needed time to develop and he just never had a chance to play with any confidence\u2026<\/p><p>\u201cHe needs to go home, for his sake.
