Police tried to pull over the car however, the driver refused to stop and the car was pursued for a brief distance until it was found abandoned in Portland Street at Seacliff. The pair were located nearby on Portland Street and arrested without incident.<\/p><p>Enquiries revealed the car had been stolen from a Semaphore Park address on 20 November. A 30-year-old man from Seaford and a 34-year-old woman from Renown Park, were both charged with illegal use, going equipped and possess a controlled drug after bags located in the car contained assorted tools, gloves and torches and an amount of a substance believed to be ecstasy.
