PINCH OF SALT

GARNISH
\u00bd JALAPENO FINE CHOPPED
1 AVOCADO SLICED
PINCH CORIANDER LEAVES FRESH
100GM PINEAPPLE

CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE
250G MAYONNAISE
25G TOMATO SAUCE
25G CHIPOTLE IN ADOBO SAUCE
1 LIME

BATTER
1 CUP SELF-RAISING FLOUR
BEER
SODA WATER
PINCH SALT

prepare the chipotle mayonnaise in advance by combining all ingredients and set aside

prepare the pickled onion in advance

prepare the beer batter, season the flathead with salt & pepper

heat your oil to 180 degrees

fry each piece of flat head in a the oil until golden assemble the salad by combining all ingredients and dress with lime juice

heat the tortillas in a pan or you can microwave

place the tortilla on plate, the salad, flathead , chiolite, mayonnaise , garnish with, pickled onion, jalapeno, avocado & coriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n
