CAESAR SALAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DRESSING
500ML VEGETABLE OIL
4 EGG YOLKS
1 TBS MUSTARD
1 TBS GRATED PARMESAN
1 TSP GARLIC
6 ANCHOVY
2 TBS HONEY
100ML WHIT BALSAMIC VINEGAR
SALT
PEPPER<\/p>\n\n\n\n

combine all ingredients accept oil and slowly add on a medium speed, add a touch of water to thin out the dressing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SALAD
2 tbs Chives finely chopped
2 Baby cos washed & chopped
4 rashers Hahndorf bacon grilled and diced
1 cup Bread croutons cubed and toasted
Grated parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GARNISH
2 tbs Shaved parmesan
4 Poached eggs
4 Anchovy
combine all the salad ingredients and mix in a bowl with the salad dressing, giving the ingredient\u2019s a good coating garnish with a poached egg, shaved parmesan & anchovy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
