As part of Operation Persist, the men were arrested this morning (Friday 2 August) and are currently being interviewed by detectives from the SA Police Major Crime Investigation Branch. They are expected to be charged with murder.<\/p>\n
The woman was arrested by detectives in Queensland and police will apply for an extradition this afternoon. She is expected to be charged with assisting offenders.<\/p>\n
Mr De Ieso, 33, was shot dead in his workshop in Langford Street, Pooraka on 21 November, 2012.<\/p>\n
CCTV footage from the premises, previously released by investigators, shows nine men walking towards the front of the business, with at least six of those carrying firearms.<\/p>\n
The men opened fire, killing Mr De Ieso, before running from the scene.<\/p>\n
The murder was believed to be linked to a dispute between the outlaw motorcycle gangs the Finks and the Hells Angels, however police stress that Mr De Ieso was an innocent bystander, caught up in the tensions.<\/p>\n
