According to watoday.com.au<\/a>:<\/p>\n \u201cThe 35-year-old, who WAtoday has chosen not to name, was found to have used an unnecessary amount of force when she hit her nine-year-old daughter with the spoon in October last year at their Ellenbrook house.<\/p>\n \u201cPolice prosecutors said the incident took place between 6pm and 8pm one evening after the girl took old hamburger meat out of the fridge after her mother had told her not to.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen the woman saw her daughter eating the meat, which had worming tablets inside and was meant to be given to their dogs, she hit her with the spoon.
