It will be followed by a shock $94 million surplus forecast over the coming year, despite a $517 million collapse in GST.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n\t<p>Those surpluses are predicted to grow over the four-year forward estimates, reaching $105 million in 2020-21 and $142 million in 2021-22, before peaking at $251 million in 2022-23. SA\u2019s GST cut was confirmed in April\u2019s Federal Budget, as weaker retail spending across the country shrunk the size of the national pie and a Commonwealth Grants Commission ruling further ate into SA\u2019s slice.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n\t<p>Mr Lucas said he would move to take 100 per cent of profits from government businesses, some of which are currently handing over as little as 60 per cent.
