MUSHROOM & TRUFFLE PAPPARDELLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INGREDIENTS
1 TBS BUTTER
1 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 SWISS BROWN MUSHROOMS
1 SHALLOTS FINELY CHOPPED
\u00bd TSP GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
\u00bd CUP EXOTIC MUSHROOMS
1 TBS TRUFFLE SALSA
1\/3 CUP WHITE WINE
\u00bd PACKET WHOLE EGG PASTA
1 CUP FRESH CREAM
1 TBS CHIVES FINELY CHOPPED
1 TBS PARSLEY FINELY CHOPPED
SALT
PEPPER<\/p>\n\n\n\n

heat a pot of boiling salted water to cook pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

heat a saucepan and add the butter, olive oil, shallots & garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add the mushrooms and sautee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add the white wine and reduce slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add the cream, herbs, truffle salsa, salt and pepper, set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

cook the pasta in the boiling water for 5-7 minutes according to packet until al dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

return the pan to the stove and toss the pasta in the sauce, check the seasoning and serve with parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
