thyme simmer for 45 minutes and season with salt and pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PREPARE THE GARNISH<br>slice the baguette into 2 cm thick slices, toast 1 slice and turn over, sprinkle the other side with greyer &amp;
