Quentin, 43, died on Saturday night<\/a> but the SA Electoral Commissioner says it is not possible to take Quentin\u2019s name off the ballot papers:<\/p>\n \u201cMr Kenihan drew first place in the draw held on 18 September 2018 to determine the order in which the candidates appear on the ballot paper. There are 8 other candidates on the ballot paper.<\/p>\n \u201cThe ballot papers have not yet been distributed to electors.
