Customers can still go into a Service SA centre or online but calls to Service SA are currently down.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Premier Peter Malinauskas, Health Minister Chris Picton and SA Police Deputy Commissioner Linda Williams with the latest on the Optus outage impacting government services and businesses in South Australia. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/saparli?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#saparli<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/7NEWS?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#7NEWS<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zHvjlcwQH9\">https:\/\/t.co\/zHvjlcwQH9<\/a><\/p>&mdash; 7NEWS Adelaide (@7NewsAdelaide) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/7NewsAdelaide\/status\/1722064053986824563?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 8, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Optus earlier advised it was aware of an issue impacting its mobile and NBN services and was working to restore services as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During an interview on Sydney radio, Optus CEO Kelly Bayer Rosmarin said the telco didn\u2019t know the cause of the outage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;We have had issues since 4am,\u201d she said. \u201cThe team has tried a number of parts of restoration and so far we have not had the results that we have hoped for.
