Services are also resuming at Adelaide Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BOM is warning that heavy rainfall leading to flash flooding is likely:<br>Brownhill Creek (Scotch College) recorded 45.8mm in 1 hour to 07:02am.<br>Belair (St Johns) recorded 36.6mm in the 2 hrs to 07:47am.<br>Bellevue Heights recorded 38.8mm in the 2 hrs to 07:57am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/omny.fm\/shows\/david-and-will\/stephen-rowe-on-the-weekend-in-sport-and-the-lates\/embed\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write\" width=\"100%\" height=\"180\" frameborder=\"0\" title=\"Stephen Rowe on the weekend in sport and the latest with Jimmy\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UPDATE, 7:46am<\/strong>: Flights cancelled and roads flooded across Adelaide. According to The Advertiser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOne of the worst affected roads is the corner of Fullarton and Glen Osmond roads at Parkside, where water is frighteningly deep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOn South Rd heading to the city traffic is heavily banked up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOutgoing and incoming flights are also cancelled at Adelaide Airport. Passengers are advised to check with their airline before heading to the airport.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 14,000 customers across SA were without power by Tuesday morning as wild weather swept across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/outage.apps.sapowernetworks.com.au\/OutageReport\/OutageMap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LATEST ON OUTAGES HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is currently in place for people in Adelaide Metropolitan, Mount Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Mid North, Riverland and parts of Murraylands, Upper South East and North East Pastoral districts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the BOM:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An upper level low over South Australia is maintaining unstable conditions, with thunderstorm development continuing through the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding, damaging winds, with some severe thunderstorms capable of producing large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours.
